Amanda is a PhD student in English with a concentration in Composition and Rhetoric and a minor in Science and Technology Studies who studies the rhetorical and ethical landscape of psychedelic substances across contexts. Her dissertation project is situated at the intersection of rhetoric of health and medicine, science and technology studies, phenomenology, and anti-oppression–and has an underlying goal to contribute to important and timely conversations around access, equity, diversity, and inclusion in psychedelic spaces.
